Rehabilitation Policy
Projem recognises that there are substantial benefits to be gained from rehabilitation practices and is committed to implementing them across all operations where possible.
Projem is dedicated to providing a safe working environment, but in the event that an illness or injury does occur, workplace rehabilitation is started as soon as possible in accordance with medical advice. Projem agree that workplace based rehabilitation assists in the healing process, and helps to restore normal function sooner. Projem will endeavor to maintain ill or injured employees at work or ensure the earliest possible return, maximising the workers independent function, and providing durable employment. read more…

Fitness for Work Policy
Projem is committed to ensuring set practices are in place to promote and maintain an employee’s ability to perform their tasks safely and efficiently.
Emphasis is placed on the amount of rest periods between work shifts, the duration of work shifts and overall fitness of employees. In particular, the use of alcohol or prescribed and non-prescribed medication or drugs that could impact their ability to work safely. read more…

Duty of Care Policy
At Projem, we pride ourselves on providing and maintaining a safe workplace for all operations we undertake. This is achieved through informative training and management so that our employees can work without being exposed to hazards wherever possible.
All employees have an overall duty of care to guarantee their own safety at work. As well as having a duty of care towards others to ensure their own actions or inactions do not put anyone at risk.
